Approximately 8–10 doctor patients daily, depending on provider preferences Approximately 12 hygiene exams daily Morning team huddle and a collaborative clinical environment MEET YOUR TEAM Experienced Lead Dentist providing Thursday afternoon support Two Full-Time Dentists Two Co-Office Managers Two Full-Time and Two Part-Time Hygienists Three Full-Time Dental Assistants Additional temporary hygiene support as needed TECHNOLOGY & EQUIPMENT Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras Paperless charting Panoramic imaging Dentsply Sirona scanner Air-driven handpieces WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active Michigan dental license Experience in comprehensive general dentistry Excellent clinical and communication skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Dependable, friendly, team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a busy dental environment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Up to 35% of collections 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Malpractice Insurance paid for by us!
