We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team.

This is a part-time position that can work up to 28 hours per week , with a minimum requirement of two shifts per week. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all members and guests. They will be responsible for building connections and relationships with our members while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet all members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Build strong connections and relationships with members to foster a sense of community. Act as a fitness concierge, assisting members in achieving their fitness goals by promoting and suggesting appropriate fitness services. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and locker rooms to uphold the club's standards of cleanliness.

Assist with administrative tasks such as member check-ins, registration, and answering phone calls. Provide information about club facilities, programs, and services to both members and prospective members. Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all members.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience in a hospitality, fitness, or related industry is preferred. Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed on their fitness journeys. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Position Details: Part-Time: Up to 28 hours per week. Minimum requirement of two shifts per week.
