Position Responsibilities Analyze Facilities data to prepare insights and recommendations that help Uline leaders make informed business decisions. Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with teams across the business to support implementation. Evaluate customer feedback and performance trends to uncover opportunities for improvement. Support operational audits, evaluate findings and recommend improvements to Facilities processes and operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Major in Business, Data or Finance preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in Excel, SQL and Power BI. Excellent organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail. Travel to Uline’s North American locations and to international locations as needed.
