Sheet Metal Pre-Apprentice

Reports To: Manager – Sheet Metal, GM or other Direct Reports: None

The Sheet Metal Pre-Apprentice is an entry-level union position that supports the fabrication and installation of commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal systems while learning foundational trade skills. Working under direct supervision, this role assists journey-level workers and apprentices, handles materials and tools, maintains safe work areas, and performs basic tasks in accordance with instructions, applicable safety requirements, and quality expectations.

· Assist journey-level sheet metal workers and apprentices with the fabrication, assembly, instal
