What You’ll Do As our Engineering Manager, you’ll serve as both a strategist and a mentor—guiding our engineering team to create custom deliverables that exceed expectations.

Your responsibilities

Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of mechanical engineers Leading performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and professional growth planning Optimizing engineering workflows to increase throughput, reduce waste, and streamline handoffs with production teams Troubleshooting design issues with an analytical, solutions-oriented approach Owning the Engineering group’s performance indicators and budget Compensation package includes: 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours.

The skills needed: 10+ years of combined experience in design engineering Deep understanding of machining and related manufacturing processes Experience leading and mentoring direct reports including excellent communication and the ability to hold others accountable.

Strong analytical skills for diagnosing design or production challenges Ability to guide engineers through concept development, 3D modeling, prints, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews A mindset focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and cost savings Demonstrated Solid. Works experience and fluency Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) is preferred.
