Enhanced Compensation IRG offers a professional revenue share model that gives you direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care! The Professional Model: Core Pillars Revenue share aligns clinicians with other professionals like physicians.

Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
