About the Role

We are seeking an organised and people-focused Onboarding Coordinator

• Out of Home Care to join our Children, Youth & Families team. This role is responsible for delivering a supportive, efficient and compliant onboarding experience for new Youth Workers. You will support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview participation and recruitment recommendations, while coordinating the onboarding journey from offer through to induction and early employment. The role supports our North Coast region and can be based in either Gympie or Maroochydore , with regular travel required across the region. Working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure new employees are prepared for their roles and meet all child safety, compliance and employment requirements. This is a permenant Full-time position offering 76 hours a fortnight.

About You

You are an organised and approachable professional with experience in Youth Work or Out of Home Care. You can manage multiple onboarding processes, understand compliance and child safety requirements and build strong working relationships with new employees and internal stakeholders. Credentials and Qualifications Degree in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent experience Experience in Youth Work or Out of Home Care Experience in recruitment, onboarding or workforce coordination Current Working with Children Check Current Licensed Care Service (LCS) clearance Valid QLD Driver’s Licence Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the North Coast region Why you’ll love working with Anglicare Southern Queensland Voted Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brand in Aged Care seven consecutive years in a row.
