The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual that has excellent customer service skills as well as strong technical skills. This Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.

Responsibilities Include

Resolve help desk tickets Provision workstations Troubleshoot connectivity and file share issues Diagnose hardware issues Work with Active Directory and Microsoft O365 Workstation and wire management Catalogue IT assets Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer information systems or a related major At least two years of experience as a desktop support technician or similar role Experience in a domain environment Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 Annually 100% Company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision Accelerated paid Vacation time Paid vacation Christmas Eve through – New Year’s Day for all employees 401(k) with generous company match after one year 100% Company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Company paid $25K life insurance policy Salary plus annual performance review and bonus As a matter of company policy, Interco do not sponsor employment visas or hire from out of the USA, nor does Interco sponsor candidates who do not currently reside within the USA without an existing H-1B visa.
