Store Manager

Position: Store Manager Location: Dahej Industry: Industrial Construction Experience: 8 to 12 Years Qualification: Any Graduate Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material movement across the project site. Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials as per project requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control at all times. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment. Ensure proper documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock registers, and inventory records. Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of inventory.

Monitor storage conditions to ensure safe handling and preservation of materials. Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage, pilferage, damage, and excess stock. Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and site personnel for material receipt and dispatch. Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and safety requirements.

Generate regular inventory and material consumption reports for management review. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store premises. Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment.
