As a Homecare RN, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care to clients in the comfort of their own homes throughout Livingston, Washtenaw, Monroe, and Lenawee Counties.

Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide skilled nursing care, treatments, medications, and other services as ordered. Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team. Educate clients and families on medications, disease management, and healthy living.

Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Advocate for clients while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Manage an independent caseload while maintaining strong communication with the Homecare team.

Competitive per-visit pay: $51–$110 per visit, depending on visit type. $30/hour travel pay for travel exceeding 30 minutes. $0.64 per mile mileage reimbursement. Qualifications

Required Education: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan. Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, in a home health setting. Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.

Proven track record of working independently in the field and managing a caseload effectively.

Required Skills

Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to senior patients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to utilize electronic health records and other technology tools for documentation and communication.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations in a dynamic work environment. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize client needs.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
