Under the direction of the Executive Director of Slot Operations, the incumbent leads the technical, operational, and financial performance of Slot Operations at Foxwoods Resort Casino. This role drives revenue growth, ensures regulatory compliance, elevates guest satisfaction, and develops high‑performing teams across all gaming experiences.
The Director partners closely with finance, marketing, IT, compliance, and hospitality operations to deliver a cohesive, modern, and competitive gaming operation. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in an analytical and/or business oriented major (Accounting, Business, Auditing, or Finance) is required as well as minimum of (5) years of Slot Managemen
