Hydraulics Component Design Engineer (Specialist), Mobile Control valve & HMI– DC-MH Project

Design and development of hydraulic products – Electro-Hydraulic and Proportional Mobile control valves (Sectional,monoblock and HIC) and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications. Good understanding of fluid mechanics and Hydraulic Schematic and circuit design. Good understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applications.

Good understanding of Design of Pressure compensator and and Spool design for Load Sensing and flow sharing Control valves. Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications. Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation. Good knowledge in. Problem solving methods and solutioning.

Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic productsGD&T, tolerance Stack up Application in Hydraulics. Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Mobile Hydraulics domain knowledge is must.

Added advantage: -Knowledge of injection molding parts and connector selection. Tools & Methods required:Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCADFMEA ,. Root Cause Alaysis (RCA) B.E.(Mechanical) 5-13
