- Use the CCTV and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas
- Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities.
- Report writing and completing documentation
- Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken
- Interact with internal customers via the telephone
- Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the Surveillance and other departments Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or above
- At least 21 years old
- Fluent in English & Cantonese, both spoken & written
- Good computer operation skill, including MS Word, Excel, and other reporting system.
- Good Maths skills
