Medical Laboratory Tech/Scientist PRN Nights

Exceptional Healthcare Community Hospital is seeking an experienced and certified Medical Laboratory Tech/Scientist to join its team at Maricopa facility. This is a PRN NIGHT Shift position. Description: Areas of testing include hematology, chemistry, coagulation, immunoassay, urinalysis, and point of care Uses automated equipment and specialized instrumentation to prepare samples for analysis to aid the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases Manages daily workload within the department to ensure patient testing is completed timely Reviews quality control results prior to reporting patient results and taking corrective action when needed Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have at least an associate's degree in medical technology, chemistry, physical or biological science.

Bachelor's degree preferred ASCP certified or equivalent Minimum 1 year of hospital laboratory experience Knowledge of hospital laboratory practices, including infection control requirements, chemical and biological hazards Knowledge of governmental and regulating policies and standards Benefits include: Competitive pay PTO/Sick time 401K matching Health/dental/vision insurance
