Program Coordinator
Job description
The Program Coordinator works independently to coordinate daily operations of the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program.
Responsibilities include
supervising the Veteran Navigator / QMHP and Peer Support Specialist; coordinating Veteran outreach, referrals, screenings, and participant follow-up; monitoring service documentation, data collection, and outcomes; and developing partnerships with VA providers and community organizations.
