Community Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Lead based in Australia. The Community Lead, APAC will strengthen relationships across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem and expand the organization's presence throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

This role combines community building, partner engagement, cybersecurity education, and strategic collaboration to help MSPs grow their businesses and connect with the right resources. You will develop regional initiatives, represent partner perspectives internally, and build trusted relationships with MSP owners, peer group leaders, and industry influencers.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Partner Success teams, you will help identify valuable business opportunities and support revenue growth. The position offers a mix of strategic ownership and hands-on engagement through industry events, educational programs, and creative partner experiences.
