This position offers hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions, audits, and complex financial operations — it’s never dull!

Pay: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting software Clear written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Responsibilities Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Prepare and post recurring journal entries Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support internal and external audit processes Assist in real estate acquisition support — loan tracking, payments, and document prep Collaborate with finance and acquisitions teams May assist with market analysis or lender communications Expectations Office-based role with regular weekday hours Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently Opportunities for professional training and career growth Why Storage.
