Part-Time Aquatics Coordinator

• Albany, OR, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00Hourly, The Mid-Willamette Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Aquatics Coordinator to oversee our swim lesson program and manage, direct and supervise our lifeguard staff. This part-time position will be 19-29 hours per week . The ideal candidate will have a strong Aquatic background with experience in both management and lifeguard/swim instructor experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: current lifeguarding certification, lifeguarding instructor certification, and swimming lesson instructor certification.

Qualifications

• Hold current lifeguard CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
• Obtain LGI within 3 months of starting employment.
• High school diploma
