About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll prospect new shippers, build relationships with decision-makers, and grow your own book of business in freight and logistics. You'll be one of the founding reps in our new office, with real access to larger accounts and a team that invests in your growth through coaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new shipping customers through high-volume outbound calling Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers Identify and manage truckload (FTL), LTL, drayage, and other logistics opportunities Negotiate pricing and close new business Grow and manage your own book of business Partner with the operations team to deliver outstanding customer service Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success Qualifications Required 1-4 years of sales experience (outbound, inside sales, business development, or similar) Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable Motivated by performance-based income and long-term career growth Strong communication and relationship-building skills Able to work on-site in Chamblee, GA, and live within reasonable commuting distance Authorized to work in the U.

S.
