We are currently hiring experienced and dependable Welders and Fitters for upcoming commercial and industrial projects in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal Welder / Fitter candidate will have 3+ years of experience with various welding techniques, fitting, fabrication, and installation oin a commercial and/or industrial environment Welder / Fitter Responsibilities Perform welding, fitting, fabrication, and installation according to plans and specifications Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding depending on project requirements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and measurements Measure, cut, fit, tack, assemble, and install materials and components including, but not limited to carbon, stainless and structural steel, and/or piping systems Perform various welding techniques and processes based on project requirements Set up and operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment Perform layout and fit-up of materials prior to welding and installation Inspect completed work for proper fit, quality, and specifications Welder / Fitter Qualifications 3+ years of commercial and/or industrial welding, fitting, or fabrication experience 3+ years of experience with one or more welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick and/or Flux Core) Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License OSHA certification and welding certifications are a plus Your own PPE and tools Benefits: Weekly pay Referral bonus Paid time off and holiday pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k
