Manufacturing Team Leader - First Shift

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader who shares our passion for excellence and wants to be an integral part of our success as an employee-owner.

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will take ownership of the daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Your responsibilities

will include assigning work to meet daily schedules, managing line setup, training team members, supporting lean initiatives, and conducting performance reviews. As a leader and owner, you’ll help build a positive, inclusive culture while driving the team to meet production goals and share in the company’s success.

You should have several years of leadership experience in manufacturing and a strong desire to grow as a leader. CNC and assembly experience is a plus.
