Regularly solicits rental pricing from outside equipment rentals suppliers.

Develops and maintains a registry of equipment vendors. Assists estimating team with equipment rental rates and pricing. Coordinates and tracks equipment rented from outside suppliers. Ensures equipment rental rates from outside suppliers are invoiced as negotiated. Coordinates all third-party equipment and tool rentals.

Tracks rental equipment maintenance requirements. Assists in the purchase of new equipment. Prepares reports as requested. Assists in the review of equipment rental and EOC rates. Maintains Blue Book and Equipment Watch Pricing Guides for Alberici. Travels to Company and subsidiary offices; offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings; and other locations across North America to fulfill the essential duties of the role as required.

Exhibits regular and reliable attendance in person as required by the Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 5 years of equipment or warehouse experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
