Fintech Integrations Consultant

MVB sits at the center of a fast-growing ecosystem of fintech partners, payment processors, and core banking infrastructure, one that grows more sophisticated every quarter. This role serves as the primary liaison between MVB's fintech stakeholders and its shared services and core teams, diagnosing non-standard integration needs and translating them into solutions that can be scoped, documented, and built.

The work spans partnering with fintech teams to assess new and expanding fintech relationships, partnering with core vendors to scope new integration capabilities, and leading cross-functional discussions through to a documented, supportable resolution.
