Teiko is building the Artificial Immunologist. With 500M+ years in the making, the immune system is nature’s original fine-tuned model. We are building a foundational laboratory to digitize the immune system and reshape multi-billion dollar markets across clinical trials, oncology, autoimmune diagnostics, prenatal medicine, surgical recovery, and aging.

By capturing high-resolution immune snapshots, we give drug developers and doctors the decisive signal needed to monitor whether a $200M+ clinical trial succeeds, whether a therapy will cause irreversible harm, or whether a patient will respond to a crucial drug. Through deep technical breakthroughs, we have cracked the key challenges that have held back immune profiling from achieving clinical-grade scale.

• Perform tests using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) involving multiple methodologies. These may include automated, semi-automated or manual technologies.
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing reagent inventory, test subject records, and scheduling equipment maintenance.
• Preparation and maintenance of cytometry-related reagents.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and instrumentation.
• Operate and maintain cytometer-related computer hardware and software.
• Communicate outcomes to appropriate supervisors.
• Other general administrative duties as required.

Education and Experience

• While no formal degree is required, the candidate must demonstrate mastery of scientific techniques and methods. This is typically shown by a BS/BA in a Biological Science or related field plus 1 year laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace programs and basic statistical methods.
• Experience with data acquisition, data analysis, data presentation and documentation preferred.
• Position requires an ongoing commitment to upgrading of job skills. Must be able to work closely with others & possess solid interpersonal & communication skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment; effective in a diverse work group; willing to work in a rapidly changing work unit.
• The ability to be flexible & adaptable to changing technology.
• Must be able to work independently.
• General lab skills and knowledge of lab safety.
