Sewing Machine Operator – 1st Shift Scalamandré | Calhoun, GA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Position Summary Scalamandré is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our team in Calhoun, GA. This position is responsible for operating sewing machines to produce quality finished products while following patterns, measurements, and production instructions.

The ideal candidate is willing to learn, follows directions, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Operate sewing machines safely and efficiently. Follow instructions for fabric selection, patterns, and measurements. Measure materials accurately using inches. Ensure seams, stitching, and finished products meet quality standards. Complete assigned orders within established production deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Clean and properly maintain sewing machines and equipment. Follow all safety and production guidelines.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions. Ability to read and understand measurements in inches. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous sewing machine experience is a plus, but not required.
