Inventory Guru: You’ll be in charge of keeping the kitchen stocked with fresh ingredients and all the essentials. Cleanliness Pro: Maintain top-notch health and sanitation standards so the kitchen sparkles as much as the food! What You’ll Bring to the Table At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant. A love for working nights, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the magic happens! Food Handler’s Card and Serv. Safe Manager certification (or the ability to get them). The ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
