Robotic Path Programmer

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated Robotic Path Programmer to develop, operate, and optimize robotic systems used to build our boats. This role is responsible for generating precise robotic paths using offline programming (OLP) software and physical teach pendants for automated coating, trimming, grinding, and machining of complex fiberglass components.

The ideal candidate has experience with industrial robotics, automated spraying, robotic trimming or grinding, or robotic machining and enjoys working hands-on in a production environment. This position will support the implementation and programming of Regal’s new Trim & Grind robotic systems, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize robotic paths, quality, and production efficiency.
