Job Summary

PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa (Japfa Group) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Staff

• COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and monitoring procurement costs and raw material expenditures to optimize our Cost of Goods Sold. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure cost-efficiency, accurate budgeting, and the timely acquisition of materials, contributing directly to the company's profitability and market competitiveness in the agri-food industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor raw material prices, market trends, and procurement expenses to evaluate their impact on the company's COGS. * Source, negotiate, and establish strong relationships with reliable suppliers to secure high-quality materials at the most competitive costs. * Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, price fluctuations, cost savings initiatives, and COGS projections for management review.

• Collaborate with the finance, production, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, budget alignment, and inventory control. * Review purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders (POs), and verify supplier invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. * Identify cost-reduction opportunities and assist in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing plans.

Job Qualifications * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field. * Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or cost analysis, preferably within the manufacturing, food, or agribusiness sectors (fresh graduates with strong analytical internships are welcome to apply). * Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and COGS calculations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience using ERP software (such as SAP) is highly preferred. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Placement : Kedoya, Jakarta Barat or Klapanunggal, Kab Bogor JAPFA is an agribusiness company that engages mainly in the production of animal feed, poultry breeding, commercial farm, consumer products, aquaculture, and beef cattle farming.
