If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded. What you will be doing Manage legal negotiations concerning industrial and intellectual property matters. Draft and maintain NDAs, IP licences, R&D, joint development and technology agreements. Advise on patents, utility models, trademarks, copyright and other IP matters.

Draft patent applications, utility models and employee invention disclosures. Conduct patent searches and prepare Freedom to Operate reports for new inventions. Manage IP risks, litigation, registration and enforcement activities. Coordinate external law firms and maintain strategic relationships with outside counsel.

Develop IP policies and support the management of IP as a core company asset. What we’re looking for A proven track record in industrial intellectual property, particularly patents and utility models, and in commercial negotiations with international companies. A Law degree and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law.

Membership of a European Bar Association. Excellent skills in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Strong competencies in project management and strategic problem-solving, with a collaborative approach. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
