Job Description Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Knowledge of inventory management, material control, and business operations. Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems. 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or related areas.

Good knowledge of operational systems such as My. Network, FBSS, KeyDI, or similar platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query). Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or SAP is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and analyze Fulfillment and Inventory operations across SAP, My. Network, and related systems to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and SLA achievement. Monitor equipment distribution, material allocation, and issue-return activities to identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to troubleshoot and resolve inventory, serial number, and transaction-related issues. Conduct root cause analysis of installation support issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical reports to support management decision-making and operational performance monitoring.
