Manager - Operational Excellence

The Manager, Operational Excellence leads the development, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the company’s business operating system. This role strengthens process discipline, performance visibility, audit readiness, and cross-functional accountability by establishing standard processes, facilitating improvement initiatives, coordinating company goal deployment, and ensuring corrective actions are sustained.

The position partners with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, project teams, functional leaders, and site leadership to improve business performance and support strategic objectives.
