You're here to help develop the next generation of emergency doctors.

This role is designed for an experienced emergency veterinarian who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence in emergency medicine. You'll continue to manage your own caseload while serving as a clinical resource for less experienced ER doctors—providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and helping elevate the entire team.

What You'll Do

You'll provide high-quality emergency care while supporting the development of fellow doctors: Manage a full ER caseload including triage, diagnostics, treatment planning, and case management Perform emergency procedures including centeses, CPR, wound repair, and stabilization Interpret diagnostics including laboratory work, radiographs, and point-of-care ultrasound Provide real-time guidance and support to ER doctors on shift Assist with clinical decision-making and case management discussions Help develop newer emergency doctors through coaching and mentorship Communicate effectively with clients, specialists, and referring veterinarians Maintain accurate and timely medical records This is a clinical role first—with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the development of your colleagues.
