Role Overview

Responsible for the establishment and execution of Development plans, to improve the competency of executives and employees, to develop next-generation leaders and key talents.

Key Responsibility

Strategic Ownership & Program Management

• Design, implement, and maintain the overarching training framework for Linehaul, Driver (Fleet), and Sortation Operations.
• Standardize onboarding, skill development, safety protocols, and recurrent training to lower turn-time, increase facility throughput, and reduce safety incidents.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and operational readiness across all three pillars.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and directly manage L&D Specialist/Trainer, assigning project priority and supporting their professional growth.
• Model a "hands-on" leadership style—balancing high-level strategy with directly delivering high-stakes training, conducting audits, and creating content alongside your team member.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience:5+ years of progressive L&D, adult education, or operational training experience, specifically withinlogistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehousing.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with warehouse sortation operations, commercial driver fleet training, and linehaul/network routing basics.
• Leadership: 1–3 years of team management experience, with a proven track record of maximizing impact with a lean team.
