• Active Medical License as a Psychiatrist

Fellowship training in geriatric psychiatry is preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PSYCHIATRIST

This is a hybrid 1099 position with a flexible schedule between 8 am and 5 pm and no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call requirements.

As our Behavioral Health Psychiatrist, you'll provide psychiatric care by rounding on patients across Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake.

Your responsibilities

will include evaluating patient needs, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care. You'll work closely with an Advanced Practice Provider to coordinate services and maintain consistent communication regarding patient progress.
