We are looking for people that can work at least four shifts a week to ensure that we have a small and dedicated team. Standing for long periods and walking up and down many steps are the norm in a typical shift. Our team wear earpieces to receive audio updates and information on shift via radio. All applicants must hold or obtain an NSW RSA qualification. Working closely with a small, dedicated group, we are looking for all-rounders who love customer service, learning new skills and working in a fast paced and exciting environment.

Applicants should be articulate, have a love for customer service and a genuine interest in the theatre. Beyond that, we will teach you everything you need to know! When you join Foundation Theatres, you join a small and dedicated team of people who are passionate about what we do. We will train and support you through whatever stage of your career you are in.

We provide a safe and nurturing environment with on-the-job training for those looking for their first job and future leadership opportunities for those with experience. We provide short shifts with manageable workloads and flexible hours that work wonderfully around university and other career schedules.
