Proposals Director

This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on elevating proposal strategy, content quality, and infrastructure across a complex healthcare-focused organization.

You will shape how proposal content is created, managed, governed, and leveraged to support high-value commercial pursuits. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in priority proposals, requiring strong judgment and exceptional writing and editorial expertise. You will build scalable content systems, standards, and processes that give sales teams fast access to accurate and compelling materials.

Working across proposals, sales, clinical, and marketing teams, you will align narratives with commercial priorities and customer needs. You will also mentor proposal professionals and help establish a high-performing, consistent approach to proposal development.
