HSE Supervisor – Finland & across Europe Are you passionate about creating safe and sustainable working environments in demanding industrial projects? We are looking for experienced HSE Supervisors to join our customers' projects in Finland and across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to work in international project environments and contribute to the successful delivery of major industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects.

We particularly value experience in the energy, pulp and paper, marine, process, or other industrial sectors , as well as previous experience working on project sites. Main Responsibilities As an HSE Supervisor, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on site.

Your responsibilities

Coordinating, monitoring, and developing HSE activities throughout the project lifecycle Ensuring compliance with local occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation and regulations Planning and implementing HSE processes, including risk assessments, safety training, emergency preparedness, and safe working practices Supporting project management and site personnel in all HSE-related matters Conducting safety inspections, audits, and observations, and following up on corrective actions Preparing HSE reports and communicating safety performance to project stakeholders Promoting continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture across the organisation Working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to achieve project HSE objectives What We Are Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Strong understanding of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices Previous experience working in industrial project environments or construction sites Experience in energy, power generation, pulp and paper, marine, or process industries Experience with boiler plants or power plant projects is considered an advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and organisational abilities A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve challenges proactively A hands-on attitude and willingness to take initiative Professional working proficiency in English What We Offer Opportunity to work on large-scale and technically demanding industrial projects across Finland and Europe International project environment with experienced professionals Long-term career opportunities within growing industries Competitive employment terms and continuous support from our team A role where you can genuinely influence workplace safety and project success Interested?
