Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Per Diem Andrus on Hudson is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisors (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team on a per diem basis. Now Hiring for PD RN Supervisors on 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7 shifts. Some weekend availability required. Flexible schedules to fit your life! RN’s at Andrus on Hudson hold supervisory responsibilities and are entrusted with caring for our residents, families, co-workers, visitors and all others; as well as demonstrating in all interactions.

The primary purpose of your position to provide direct nursing care to long term and short term residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered and in accordance with applicable regulations and facility policies Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly identify and report changes to the appropriate nursing staff Perform nursing assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of resident care plans Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary care team Accurately document nursing care, medications, treatments, and changes in resident condition Assist with coordinating and maintaining continuity of care Provide guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the care team Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life What We're Looking For Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Prior experience using Point Click Care (PCC) or another electronic medical record software Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Dependable and committed to providing high-quality nursing care Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or assisted living preferred Why Work at Andrus on Hudson Competitive pay and flexible scheduling Supportive leadership and team-oriented environment Opportunities for training and career growth Beautiful campus and positive workplace culture The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives Apply Today If you're looking for a rewarding nursing career where your skills, compassion, and dedication are valued, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Andrus on Hudson team.
