Join Our Team as a Community Care Aide! Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a Community Care Aide, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities include

Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Meal preparation and feeding Light housekeeping Occasional support in our adult day center Loca tion: Homestead, PA Schedules Available : Full Time 7am-3:30pm Sun-Thur Full Time: Noon-8:30pm Sun-Thur Part Time: 4pm-9pm Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat Casual: Minimum 16 hours per month (including a day every other weekend) Compensation & Benefits: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hires Daily Pay Available – get paid when you need it Full-Time Employees Also Receive: 4 weeks paid vacation + 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability coverage Retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Annual performance-based raises Free uniforms What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or GED Caregiving Experience Preferred Valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle
