Job description
The Lead Assembler is responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently assembling wood and metal components into finished products, including roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels, in accordance with design measurements and specifications. This role leads and supports the assembly team, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
The Lead Assembler interprets design layouts, verifies material accuracy, and ensures proper use of tools and equipment throughout the assembly process. Additionally, this position monitors workflow, identifies and resolves production issues, and promotes a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
