Quality Supervisor

Main Purpose of the job 职务目的： To control Customer Quality and improve process 客户质量控制和过程改进 Manager quality engineer 、quality wall 管理质量工程师、质量墙人员 Job Responsibilities工作职责：

1. Quality Function：质量板块  Responsible for solving customer complaints ， responsible for customer resident management; 客户抱怨质量问题处理和客户现场服务人员的管理；  Perform regular customer satisfaction management according to Faurecia TCS requirements 根据佛吉亚TCS要求，定期进行客户满意度管理  Responsible for solving process quality problem, to assure product and service quality; 及时处理与产品质量有关的过程问题，保证产品和服务质量；  Collect、analyse and solve Customer Complaints 收集、分析并处理客户投诉  Collect data from customer (reject PPM/Scrap PPM), follow the trend and make internal control plan for continuous improvement; 收集客户端数据（如百万拒收、百万报废），跟踪趋势并通过制定内部控制计划不断改善  Collect supplier data (SPPM), follow the trend and make internal control plan for continuous improvement; 收集供应商数据（SPPM），跟踪趋势并通过制定内部控制计划不断改善;  Implement quality management system; （IATF16949、8QB、PQA、Customer Audit） 贯彻执行质量体系；（IATF16949、8QB、PQA、客户审核）  Establish QSE annual audit plan and follow it, improve it with action plan 建立 QSE 年度审核计划并执行,跟踪相应的行动计划  Strictly observe internal process (FES) 严格遵循公司内部系统流程（FES, 佛吉亚卓越体系）；
2. Technique function：技术板块  Enough technique support for autonomous improvement. 对生产现场的自主改善提供充足的技术支持  Sample release and management 样件管理  Responsible for project phase PQA and SR audit 负责项目阶段PQA 、SR审核  Confirm and implement annual improving items 年度改善项目的确定和推动实施
3. New Program: 新项目  Involve in new program for quality & process after gate 3 review 项目前期(Gate 3)工艺及质量介入 产品过程质量控制
4. Team Management and Development:团队管理和发展  Manage and develop team 管理培训团队成员  Support and coordinate QE&SQE 给予质量工程师技术方案或管理技术支持；协调安排质量工程师工作；  Assist department manager make subordinate's KPI and development plan 协助部门经理制定KPI及人员发展计划  Assist the department manager to complete the internal and external work of the factory, actively promote the implementation 协助部门经理完成工厂内外部各项工作，主动推进落实执行  Drive team improvement 推动团队改善
5. Other and Specific Missions：附加及其他工作任务  Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations 遵守健康安全环境规定  Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager 部门经理交给的其他工作  Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant. 配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施。
6. Ensure full respect of the Code of Conduct\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company 确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的行为准则、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等 Qualifications 最低任职资格： Bachelor's degree or above; 本科以上学历; Above 5 year-experience in automotive industry , mainly focus on quality management 5年以上汽车行业质量管理经验; Language：Basic English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing 基本的英语听、说、读、写能力 理想候选人任职资格The ideal candidate will have/be Gender 不限 Age 25-35 Language Skill General English Diploma / Degree 本科Bachelor Major NA 技能和知识 Skills & Knowhow Problem solving method and skill 问题解决技巧(8D)和方法 Familiar with IATF16949 and Formel Q、APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA 熟悉IATF16949 、Formel Q、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、8D、行动计划、FMEA Internal audit ability for ISO14000 /TS16949 ISO14000/ TS16949内审能力 Ability of supplier development and management; 供应商开发和管理的能力; Ability of reading blue-prints and other engineering designs is a plus 优先考虑会读蓝图和其他工程设计图纸 Ability to analyse, act, follow up decision and manage risk 能够分析, 执行并跟踪管理层决定并且可以管理风险 领导力模型 LCM Demonstrates Self-awareness：Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses. 展示自我意识：结合反馈和反思，有效地洞察个人的优缺点 Customer focus：Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. 关注客户：建立牢固的客户关系，提供以客户为中心的解决方案 Drives results：Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. 驱动结果：即使在艰难的环境下，也能始终如一地取得成果 其它 Others At least 5 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industrial and at least 2 years in Quality Inspection or Shopfloor Management 5年以上汽车制造行业工作经验；2年以上制造行业检验或现场管理工作经验
