Greets and assists all patients and/or customers who are present in the office. Put together daily patient charts.#Obtains lab and referral information for physician review.#Prepares patients for examination and assists physicians during patient encounters. Answers patient questions and educates regarding minor office procedures.

Maintains medical records information for patient visits, other referrals, insurance pre-certification information, and billing.#May work varying hours, as needed, including holidays.
