We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to guide and shape the development of our cutting-edge live casino games, working at the forefront of game creation.

You will play a pivotal role in defining technical direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring that our games achieve the highest standards in performance and scalability. You will be involved in various stages of game development—from concept to finished product—including architecture, design, programming, testing, and production.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to solve complex problems with the latest technologies, focusing on creating low-latency, high-performance live casino games where optimization is not just important but critical. THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO: Lead and take ownership of the software development life cycle across multiple projects Provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and enforce engineering best practices Drive architecture decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and performant Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment on technical and product goals Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues and bugs across the system Stay on top of emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team Deliver high-quality, maintainable code, while continuously improving our processes and standards THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION: Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Lead Software Engineer, with proficiency in Typescript and JavaScript Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, and other design principles Deep expertise in algorithms Experience with module bundlers (Vite, Webpack, etc.)
