Role Overview We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Bhopal team. The role involves handling technical support requests, troubleshooting IT issues, and assisting international clients. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues. Manage and respond to requests through a ticketing system . Assist with laptop setup, software installation, and system configuration. Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.

Requirements

Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT or a related field). Minimum 1 year of IT support experience. Experience working with ticketing/support management systems . Strong verbal and written communication skills to support clients from UK and UAE . Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting . Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts when required. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
