What You Will Do
FM Systems, part of Johnson Controls (JCI), delivers workplace management technology that helps facilities and real estate teams create efficient, employee-focused environments. We are recruiting a Trainee Field Service Technician to join our team with a January 2027 start date . This field-based role will primarily support customer projects across Newcastle, the North East, Sunderland and Teesside/Middlesbrough , with travel across the UK during the training period. Working mainly on customer sites, you will assist with the installation, testing and commissioning of our sensor technology.
The role requires flexibility to travel, including regular overnight stays, and to work varying shift patterns depending on project requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and technically minded individual looking to build a career in field services.
