Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounts payable team and daily operations Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations Conduct audits and implement process improvements Collaborate with internal departments and external partners Qualifications: Education & Training Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Training or demonstrated experience with ERP and financial systems Knowledge, Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles, controls, and compliance Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
