Summary Job Description: Baptist Health Medical Group RN/LPN Surgical Associates St. Matthews area Full Time Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Associates practice in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care using evidence-based practices while supporting patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, coordinate care, provide education, and help create a healing environment centered on exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current RN license (or valid work permit in Kentucky) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ACLS certification may be required based on departmental guidelines OR, Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused LPN to join our Surgical Associates practice in Louisville, Kentucky. Performs as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized care by performing designated elements of patient care and/or unit activities.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma. Graduation from an approved practical nursing program. State-licensed practical nurse required. Clinic experience preferred. Computer skills preferred. Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
