Description Resident Care Assistant Fairway View Senior Communities seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA ) to provide quality care for our residents.

Duties and responsibilities

Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks Engage residents in social interactions and activities Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for Hours and Pay: 64 hours per 2 week pay period, Day shift Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, HSA with employer match) Retirement with employer match
