Senior Manager of People Operations

The Senior Manager of People Operations will lead our people infrastructure function and the team that runs it. You will own total rewards, payroll, benefits, and HRIS platforms, while also playing a central role in how we integrate newly acquired companies into the platform. This is a leadership role that requires someone who can set strategy, develop a team, and stay close enough to the work to know when something is off.
