In the heart of downtown Madison, where the city meets the water, a new food hall experience is taking shape. One Social Food Hall is located in the One09 building overlooking Lake Monona. The food hall brings together multiple food concepts, a welcoming atmosphere, and community-focused events. Position Overview

The Barista is responsible for preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages while providing fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly and efficient service to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station Accurately take orders and handle payments Engage guests in a professional and welcoming manner Assist in other service areas as needed High volume service experience is preferred.

Ability to work multiple stations is a plus.
